Our Story Began in Italy.
We are Isidoro and Monica, an Italian and an American husband-and-wife team designing bespoke journeys and personally hosted tours throughout Italy.
What began as a chance meeting between a traveler and a tour guide became a shared life, a partnership, and ultimately a company built around our love of Italy and the belief that it is best experienced through its people.
Today, we continue to travel extensively throughout the country, discovering exceptional places, strengthening relationships, and refining every journey we create.

Designing an exceptional journey through Italy requires a deep understanding of the country itself. Its regions, cities, villages, customs, culture, pace, and the countless details that determine how a journey should unfold.
We bring that knowledge to every itinerary we create, thoughtfully weaving together destinations, accommodations, transportation, and experiences into a journey that feels effortless, balanced, and uniquely your own.
Just as important are the people behind every recommendation. We work directly with exceptional guides, hoteliers, drivers, chefs, and local professionals whom we know personally and trust to care for our clients. Because of these personal relationships, we are able to share the details that matter. They understand who our clients are before they ever meet, allowing every experience to feel more personal, thoughtful, and welcoming from the very beginning.
We Know Italy Differently.
Isidoro’s work is rooted in a deep understanding of Italy’s history, culture, and regional nuance. Born in Sardegna and raised in the Naples region, he has spent his life in Italy and brings both lived experience and formal training to his work. As a licensed Italian tour guide with a degree in Cultural Heritage from Università degli Studi Suor Orsola Benincasa in Naples, he offers a depth of knowledge that shapes each journey in a meaningful way.
He is also responsible for the relationships that underpin our work throughout Italy. With a deep understanding of the people behind each service, he identifies and works directly with the professionals who support our clients’ journeys, ensuring a level of quality, trust, and continuity that is not easily achieved independently.
Monica’s background brings a different, but equally important dimension to each journey. With experience in corporate and clinical law, including nearly a decade supporting the Community and Economic Development and Housing clinics at Yale Law School, she approaches each itinerary with structure, precision, and a deep understanding of how each element must come together seamlessly.
Her work is also shaped by over two decades as a certified yoga instructor and former studio owner, along with a longstanding creative practice in photography and visual storytelling. These experiences bring an intuitive dimension to travel design, shaping not only what clients see, but how they experience each place.
Together, our combined backgrounds allow for a thoughtful balance of expertise and intuition, creating journeys that are both deeply immersive and exceptionally well managed.
How We Work.
We design each journey from the ground up, based on our clients’ interests, pace, and priorities.
From selecting the right accommodations to coordinating private experiences, transportation, and daily flow, every detail is carefully considered. We remain involved throughout the entire process, providing guidance, coordination, and on-the-ground support during travel to ensure everything unfolds as intended.
This continuity is central to our work and to the experience our clients have in Italy.
