Our Story.
We are Monica Kennedy and Isidoro Langella, an American and Italian husband-and-wife team brought together in Italy, specializing exclusively in bespoke travel and small group journeys throughout the country.
Living between the United States and Italy, with a home in Umbria, we spend our time continually traveling throughout Italy, personally vetting experiences, strengthening relationships, and refining the journeys we design for our clients.
Our approach combines Isidoro’s expertise as a licensed Italian tour guide with a degree in Cultural Heritage and Monica’s understanding of the American consumer, operational oversight, and research-driven approach to highly personalized travel planning.
Unlike many traditional travel agencies, we do not rely on generic supplier networks, outsourced destination management companies, or cookie-cutter itineraries assembled from interchangeable hotels and excursions. Every journey is intelligently designed through firsthand knowledge of Italy and direct relationships across the country personally built by us over years of living, working, and traveling here.
We believe the difference between a trip that simply looks good on paper and one that truly feels seamless lies in the details: pacing, geography, flow, timing, and the people behind each experience.
Most importantly, we understand that behind many “dream trips” is one person carrying the responsibility for everyone else. Our role is to take that responsibility off their plate through expert guidance, thoughtful planning, and personal oversight before and during the journey itself so everyone, including the planner, gets to truly immerse themselves in Italy.
